CDC Roussillon ecocitoyens meeting in photos

TheCDC Roussillon, Heritage Saint-Bernard, l’OBV SCABRIC, theWatch over, theSociety of the Peace Islands andS.O.S. forest fernand-follow presented the first edition of the Ecocitoyan meetings. The event took place the 13 March in Châteauguay and the 16 March in Saint-Constant.

Citizens have had the chance to meet and exchange with organizations in an active environment on the territory.

The pond was invited to hold a kiosk with it withIn Châteauguay what a city do we want? as well as with theBEC (Wooded and ecology – Chateauguay).

Earth Day in Ormstown

The Saturday 20 avril, The Haut-St-Laurent Environment Consultation Table invited citizens to the2e edition of the Terre d'Ormstown Day.We presented tons of activities there (a 40 -kiosks, presentations, film, festive evening, …)

It was with great pleasure that the pond held a kiosk there.

Bravo for the organization of this event. It was a great success !!!

Day of the land of Pincourt

As part of Earth Day, the municipal council and the environmental committee ofVille de Pincourt invite the citizens of this municipality to the compost distribution day, the 11 next May, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. (717, bulge. Cardinal-Léger).

You can visit kiosks of environmental groups :

• BIG (from 10 a.m. to noon),
• S.H.E.I.P (perennial exchange : Deposit of plants 10 h to 11 h 30. Exchange of 12 h to 15 h)
• David Suzuki Foundation
• Pincourt Vert.

Month of the tree on the hillsides

Under the sun, The pond participated 25 May 2024 to an information kiosk at The Coteaux in the face of the municipal library, and that, As part of the month of the tree.

The municipality took the opportunity to distribute trees, compost as well as plant exchanges. Accompanied by kiosks ofSouthwest harvest on food waste, that ofZip committee On biodiversity and a Kiosk of the municipality for the protection of pollinators we have had the chance to chat with many people.
