The value of all the ecosystem services offered by this unique natural area is of immense benefit to the population of Vaudreuil-Soulanges. (…) The richness and scarcity of natural environments should take precedence over private property rights., for the common good.

No billion could replace what we're in danger of losing, if we continue to allow individuals to deforest large areas in the heart of this gem. (…) A real strategy must be put in place and kept active for future generations.”
